Are your eyes tired from looking at the seemingly endless amount of screens? Blip is a time management app concept that was created to remind you to take frequent breaks throughout the work day. The Ontario Ministry of Labour recommends a 5 minute break every hour to rest the eyes and reduce stress. Blip analyses your existing calendar and tracks your digital activity and suggests break times that best fit your schedule. The app also coordinates with a desk clock that uses the relaxing element of water to indicate the amount of time you have until your next break.
